There is a misconception that vinegar is made from bad, low-quality wines and spoiled, low-quality fruits. In fact, it is possible to make high-quality vinegar exclusively from the best fruits and fine wine. To get the best vinegar, three factors are mandatory: the best raw materials, equipment and technology. All three factors are present in our production. All the necessary equipment for the production and bottling of vinegar is of Austrian and German production. All raw materials and vinegar storage containers are made of stainless steel and purchased from Italian manufacturers. Vinegar goes through long settling, purification, clarification and filtration processes, after which it is pasteurized and bottled. These processes are carried out under conditions of absolute hygiene. The company produces apple and honey vinegar, apple balsamic vinegar, as well as aged balsamic vinegar.
