We use our own variety of apples as the best raw material for making our apple cider vinegar. Our orchards are located in the foothills of Syunik, at an altitude of almost 2,000 meters above sea level. The modern apple trees imported from leading European companies fully integrate into the Armenian nature; fully absorb the Armenian water and sun by turning it into an exceptional fruit. Only healthy fruit is used for vinegar production. Our “CELLVIN” vinegar is transparent and resembles spring water. In order to get that crystalline vinegar, it is necessary to preserve the whole technological cycle which is very long and requires a lot of work. At the same time it is necessary to provide the best filtration, for which the presence of the best filtration equipment and materials is mandatory. Transparency, clarity and purity are the main advantages of our vinegar.
